On December 9, the 17th annual meeting of the International Network of Small and Medium Enterprises (INSME) was held. The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) as an INSME member also took part in the event on the theme “SMBs are a driving force for sustainable development”.

In his speech at the meeting, the chairman of the SMBDA Board Orkhan Mammadov informed of the support measures taken in Azerbaijan to reduce the negative impact of the pandemic on local SMBs, as well as the Agency’s activity and services provided to SMBs.

Note that the mission of INSME uniting about 70 members from 30 countries is to expand the exchange of experience between organizations operating in the field of SMBs in different countries and promote advanced mechanisms, public-private dialogue, and international partnerships in this area. SMBDA has been an INSME member since 2020.
