During public holidays, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) continues to provide remote services to respond to entrepreneurs' requests, as well as to inform them about the measures undertaken by the government of Azerbaijan to minimize the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on the business environment.

Employees of SMBDA (regional SMB friends) provideinformation and consulting among other services to entrepreneurs remotely via telephone (012 404-04-01, 131 Call Center) and the Internet (info@smb.gov.az, etc.), answers questions of interest of business entities.

Besides, information and videos are regularly posted on the official website of SMBDA (www.smb.gov.az) and its social network accounts to inform entrepreneurs about the measures taken and decisions made in our country, support the awareness-raising of entrepreneurs and citizens about preventive measures to prevent COVID-19 infection to minimize the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on local businesses.
