"Incode" LLC is a startup that values the traditions of our people while keeping up with the modern times. This startup develops and implements applications for planning weddings.
Speaking to AZERTAG about the activities of the company, Hasan Taghiyev, Head of the startup, mentioned that couples who are going to start a family can easily plan their engagement, henna party, khoncha, and wedding ceremonies through the website of the company.
According to him, the startup was founded a year ago and is constantly developing by taking the needs of the market into account.
"Our data indicate that our partners have increased their sales. We conduct interviews and surveys with young wedding planners and SMBs in the wedding industry, and find ways to solve their problems. Nowadays, many couples who are planning their wedding send out online invitations via messengers prior to each event (engagement, henna party, wedding, etc.) rather than sending out physical invitations. For this, they can go to our website, create a guest section and invite their guests. The guests will receive the link of the invitation via SMS and will get detailed information about the event by clicking on the link, and will also be able to respond to the invitation," said H. Taghiyev.
The small entrepreneur pointed out that one of the issues at weddings was guests being seated at different tables. To solve this issue, they offered the "smart seating" plan. He claims that when choosing a venue (wedding palace) on the website, the venue plan is immediately presented to the user: "The user sees the size of the venue, the shape of the tables, and the maximum number of tables that can be accommodated. In addition, if necessary, the user can seat the guests at the tables and download or print the plan. We also give couples a ton of tools for budgeting, scheduling, to-do lists, and much more. Most notably, the user will be able to access all of the mentioned tools free of charge. Currently, these functions are being tested by our team and we want to make them all available to users in the coming month."
In the near future, the company's staff hopes to expand into Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia, according to Hasan Taghiyev, who also mentioned that they are considering creating a special section on their website and publishing articles about weddings.
"We were awarded the "Startup" certificate by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) in February last year, which attracts more attention of the young generation to innovations and leads to the establishment of new companies," head of the startup noted.
