The 1000th Service Provided in Khachmaz SMB House 10.03.20

Khachmaz SMB house, which provides government-to-business ("G2B") and business-to-business ("B2B") services in a single space to entrepreneurs, received the 1000th application.

Note that, currently,the Ministry of Economy, including the State Tax Service, the State Service on Property Affairs, State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Rights Protection, Entrepreneurship Development Fund, AZPROMO, Ministry of Agriculture, State Customs Committee, Food Safety Agency, State Advertising Agency, Azerpost LLC, Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, "Azerigaz" PU, "Azersu" OJSC, and "Azerishig" OJSC provide about 200 public services to entrepreneurs in Khachmaz SMB house. The SMB House also presents up to 100 key business-to-business services such as banking, insurance, leasing, logistics, brokerage, translation, and stamping.

Since its inception, the state authority that issued the most of the documents, specifically so the certificate of origin was the State Service for the Antimonopoly and Consumer Rights Protection under the Ministry of Economy. "Azerigas" PU and leasing services on business-to-business services come second.

The Ministry of Agriculture, “Azerpost” LLC and “Azerigas” PU hold the first three places in terms of the acceptance of documents submitted to Khachmaz SMB House by entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs applied mostly to the State Committee on Property Affairs, and Ministry of Agriculture on government-to-business, and to Rabitabank on business-to-business services for the provision of information services.

In total, the Khachmaz SMB House has issued 528 legal documents in various fields to entrepreneurs and received 472 applications on receipt of documents, and information services so far.

As for the range of services provided to entrepreneurs, Ministry of Economy, including State Tax Service, Azerigas PU and Azerpost LLC on government-to-business services, and logistics and leasing services on business-to-business services are among the top services.

The SMB Development Center operating in Khachmaz SMB House has organized 17 training events on 7 topics including business plan development, effective business communication, corporate law, marketing, sales, and social projects with the participation of 29 micro, small and medium businesses. Moreover, the Business Incubation Center operates under the SMB Development Center, which involves 28 entrepreneurs.

Note that Khachmaz SMB House has been providing business services to entrepreneurs in Guba-Khachmaz economic region since February 7. The main advantage of Khachmaz SMB house that mainly specialized in import-export operations is saving time and operating costs of SMBs, transparent and efficient organization of services, the provision of G2B and B2B services in a single space, as well as scalability of the level of services provided to SMBs. There are 25 service windows in Khachmaz SMB house, 15 of which are government agencies, and 10 are private entities that provide services to entrepreneurs. Meeting rooms, and conference halls, as well as ATMs of different banks, and payment terminals are also available in SMB House.
