The “7th Local Companies Promotion Exhibition” is being held 17.06.26

More than one thousand kinds of products and services by more than 300 companies are being exhibited at the “7th Local Companies Promotion Exhibition”.

Starting from today, the “7th Local Companies Promotion Exhibition” has commenced its work at the Baku Expo Center. At the exhibition, held by joint organization of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and “Marsol Group”, with official partnership of “Birbank Biznes”, products and services of more than 300 local companies operating in the fields of construction, food, ICT, education, industry, agriculture, logistics, textile and other sectors are being exhibited.

Senior officials of relevant state institutions, representatives of public associations of entrepreneurs, as well as businesspersons operating in various fields participated in the event dedicated to the opening of the exhibition.

Deputy Minister of Economy Rovnag Abdullayev, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Seymur Safarli, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Vugar Karimov, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Rashad Mustafayev, Chairman of the Board of KOBİA Orkhan Mammadov, and Chairman of the Board of the Public Union “National Association of Business Community” (İCMA) Tural Mustafayev, who spoke at the opening ceremony, shared their views on the development of entrepreneurship in the country, support to the private sector, increasing the export potential of local products, and the important role of exhibitions in promoting the “Made in Azerbaijan” brand.

The exhibition will continue until 20 June. For 7 years already, the “Local Companies Promotion Exhibition” has been one of the largest platforms where products and services of local companies are presented. The main purpose of the exhibition is to promote the activities of Azerbaijani companies to a wide audience, support access to new markets, and develop mutually beneficial cooperation between companies. Unlike exhibitions of previous years, a larger number of companies are participating in the exhibition of current year.

Within the framework of the exhibition, mutual and interactive business meetings are being held in the specially allocated “B2B zone” with senior officials of large companies responsible for procurement and supply. In the “B2G zone”, opportunities have been created for entrepreneurs to communicate directly with representatives of state institutions, become acquainted with existing support mechanisms, and discuss cooperation opportunities.

Also in the exhibition of current year, KOBİA has supported the free participation of micro and small entrepreneurship entities. At the special stand established for this purpose, products and services of about 10 SME entities are being exhibited in the fields of textile, bamboo wall panel production, door production, perfume, kelaghayi, confectionery products, accounting services, human resources and financial services, as well as laboratory services.

Partners of the exhibition are the National Association of Business Community (İCMA), State Employment Agency, Azerbaijan State Advertising Agency, Azerbaijan Business Development Fund, Azerbaijan State University of Economics, as well as “Firavan Park”, “Vidal Özəl Sənaye Məhəlləsi”, “MG Transport”, “Tonuby Group”, “N-Advert”, “Moon Group”, “BHB Strategic and Creative CO”, and UNEC Student Trade Union Committee.

For participants and visitors of the exhibition, free shuttle buses operate in both directions from 17 to 20 June between 10:00 and 17:00 from the “Koroglu” metro station (Heydar Aliyev Avenue, “Alov” Park exit).
