The creative industry in our country has a wide business potential

Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) Orkhan Mammadov met with Chairman of the Board of the Federation of Creative Industries of Azerbaijan Vasif Eyvazzadeh and members of the federation.


It was noted at the meeting that the creative and cultural industries, which combine economy, culture, advanced technology and innovation, are developing dynamically in the world. The creative industry consisting of literature, design, music and theater, architecture, fashion and fine arts, film, video and photography, advertising, etc.  is also a business area . Azerbaijan also has extensive development and business opportunities in this area.


The meeting discussed the development of the creative industry in our country, support for creative and cultural business, organization in this field, wider representation of creative people and business entities in this industry, development of relations between public and private sectors in the relevant sphere. The federation proposed to organize a training program and business forum on creative industries and implement various projects in cooperation with SMBDA in the relevant field.
