The "KOB FEST" exhibition-sale fair is underway in Nakhchivan

Products and services of more than 60 SMBs are showcased in “KOB FEST” to last for three days.

The next fair is underway in the city of Nakhchivan, in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. At the fair, agricultural and industrial products, as well as fruits and vegetables, flour products, textiles, soft drinks, beekeeping products, services, as well as handmade crafts by craftsmen and artists of more than 60 SMBs from Nakhchivan city and surrounding districts including other regions are being showcased and out for sale.

At the fair's opening ceremony, Fuad Najafli, the Presidential Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Abbas Ismayilov, the Acting Minister of Economy for Nakhchivan, and Orhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Management Board of KOBİA, addressed the audience.

In their speeches, they provided information about Nakhchivan's economic potential, business and investment opportunities, and emphasized that events like "KOB FEST" serve as an excellent platform for promoting local products, expanding the sales opportunities of SMBs, and fostering cooperation among local entrepreneurs. Also, a cultural-entertainment program has been organized within the framework of "KOB FEST."

The exhibition-sale fair will open daily from 10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m until October 6.

It’s worth noting that "KOB FEST" exhibition-sale fairs are organized to support the promotion and sales of products and services produced by micro and small entrepreneurs operating in the regions, and support their sale. Also, these events contribute SMBs to establish new collaborations, facilitate B2B meetings, and improve the sales skills of micro and small entrepreneurs. Before Nakhchivan, "KOB FEST" was held in Baki, Goygol, Sheki, Ganja, and Masalli. More than 240 small and medium-sized businesses were assisted in sale of their products and services at these fairs.
