The Somalian delegation expressed interest in application of Azerbaijan's experience in the small and medium business sector in Somalia

The delegation comprising representatives of Federative Republic of Somalia visited the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) within the framework of their visit to our country. 

The delegation was represented by Abdisalam Suleyman Abdu Kodar, Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Somalia for Asia and Australia, Abdirizak Ali Ibrahim, Deputy Secretary of the Prime Minister, and Hasan Mohammed Ali, Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Higher Education. 

The discussions on exchange of experiences in the SMB sector were held during the meeting between KOBİA and Somali.

The guests demonstrating significant interest in the support and services provided to SMBs in our country, expressed a keen desire to leverage Azerbaijan's experience in SMBs for Somalia. 

Additionally, exchange of views on the potential arrangement of training sessions for SMBs in Somalia and the establishment of relations between public and private institutions. 

The delegation also got acquainted with the activities of “Baku SMB House”.
