Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), met with Timur Suleymanov, Minister of Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation as part of the Azerbaijan Investment and Young Entrepreneurs Forum, which officially started its work in Baku today.
