The Tatarstan delegation visited "Baku SMB House” 17.04.24

The entrepreneurs were informed about SMB house concept and the range of services available to them in these centers.

The delegation led by Mr. Oleg Korobchenko, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan who is currently on a visit to our country, paid a visit to “Baku SMB House”.

The delegation became acquainted with the conditions created in SMB house for organizing services to entrepreneurs in a united space.

The chairman of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency, Mr. Orkhan Mammadov, along with representatives from the "Baku House of Small and Medium Business," briefed the Tatarstan delegation on the concept of the Small and Medium Business House, its role in facilitating business operations, and the innovations envisioned for this field.

It was noted that SMB houses have been established within the SMB framework to enhance the delivery of public services to businesses, ensure their easy and convenient accessibility, and elevate entrepreneur satisfaction.

The objective of SMB houses is to consolidate the services offered by public and private institutions into a united space, adhering to principles of efficiency, transparency, courtesy, responsibility, and convenience, all aimed at better serving entrepreneurs.

This saves entrepreneurs' time, reduces operating costs, enhances transparency and efficiency in the provision of services, increases entrepreneur satisfaction, and enables measurable service standards.

Entrepreneurs apply to SMB houses for a comprehensive range of services, including business registration, licenses, permits, tax and customs assistance, utility connections, business plan development, access to favorable financial resources, banking, insurance, notarial services ets.

The Tatarstan delegation expressed their positive impression of the SMB House model, highlighting it as an innovative approach to provide G2B and B2B services for entrepreneurs. They stated that Azerbaijan's experience in organizing services for businesses in a unified space serves as an example.
