The training was held on "The basics of entrepreneurial activity in tourism and the organization of tourism business" 20.10.22

The Baku SME Development Center (KOBİM) held another training for entrepreneurs on the topic of "Basics of entrepreneurial activity in tourism and organization of tourism business".

In the training, which was attended by about 10 SMEs, the expert of Baku KOBİM taught entrepreneurial activity in tourism, tourism destinations, customer-tourist services, guides and tour leaders, corporate and individual sales, types of sales, branding and marketing, product and its presentation, customer objections and their solution. At the same time, discussions on the topic were held with the participants, and their questions were answered.
