On July 16, the Baku SME Development Center (KOBİM) will organize a training on "Employee search for SMEs and its legalization".
In the training, trainer-expert of Baku KOBİM, Sevinj Garakishiyeva, will talk about the following topics:
- Stages and structure of the recruitment process;
- Stages and structure of the recruitment process;
- Ways to search for good employees. Experienced or skilled?;
- Conducting interviews;
- Preparing a vacancy announcement;
- Legalization of employment relations.
