The winners of the Take Off Baku Startup Summit held as part of the first TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan Aerospace and Technology Festival in Baku, jointly organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, have been announced. 


According to the jury's assessment, 25 startups out of 50 participants made it to the finals. Startups have been evaluated for pitching, innovation, customer orientation, competitiveness, product offer, commercialization potential and team competence.


Of the 25 startups that qualified for the finals, 14 represented Azerbaijan, 4 Turkey, 3 the United States, 1 Egypt, 1 Pakistan, 1 Argentina and 1 Estonia. The winner of the Take Off Baku Startup Summit was the US Resepta startup for the first place (project name: electronic receipt system), and the Azerbaijani E-Point startup for the second place (project name: Fintech, payment system integration technology), the 3rd place was taken by the Turkish startup Co-Print (project name: 3D technology).


It should be noted that the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) is one of the main partners of the Take Off Baku Startup Summit.
