This time KOBİA's KOB Fest exhibition-sale fair is in Sumgayit

The KOB Fest exhibition and sale fair was held in Sumgayit on June 11.


Organized in Nasimi Park, KOB Fest presents and sells more than 1,000 types of food and non-food products, as well as handicrafts of artisans and creative people from about 70 micro and small businesses from Sumgayit and surrounding areas. Along with local production, the fair showcases the services of SMEs providing services in education, information technology, finance and other areas. At the same time, a cultural and entertainment program was organized as part of the KOB Fest.


Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) Orkhan Mammadov, Head of the Sumgayit City Executive Power Zakir Farajov, MP Mushvig Mammadli and others spoke at the fair. They noted the importance of the event in terms of promoting and selling products produced by SMEs from Sumgayit and surrounding areas, as well as expanding ties between producers and suppliers.


It should be noted that the KOB Fest exhibition and sales fair organized by KOBİA in Sumgayit is the fifth and will last until 20:00. Earlier, KOB Fest was organized in Baku, Shamkir, Ganja and Lankaran. More than 300 micro and small businesses presented their products and services at these fairs. The next KOB Fest is planned to be held on June 18 in Guba and in July in Shaki.
