Training on Social Entrepreneurship Held

Participants in the training were informed about support measures for social entrepreneurship, the access of people to disabilities in the labor market, and opportunities for launching  small businesses.

On November 22-23, an educational training on the topic "Scope and Development Perspectives of Social Entrepreneurship" was conducted by the Lankaran SMB Development Center at the Masalli Social Entrepreneurship and Employment Center.

The training was attended by entrepreneurs from socially vulnerable groups, who are graduates of the "Social Entrepreneurship and Employment Centers Program" project, implemented by the "Disabled Entrepreneurs Organization" Public Union with the support of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA).

A total of 16 participants, including members of martyr families and individuals with disabilities, took part in the training. The training provided information on the legal and institutional support mechanisms for social entrepreneurship, the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market, opportunities for starting small businesses, and available support tools. Additionally, participants were informed about the KOBİA's initiatives to engage individuals with disabilities in self-employment programs and the support provided for entrepreneurs from vulnerable groups in promoting and selling their products and services through various exhibitions.
