Training on the Issue of Securities, Listing on the Baku Stock Exchange, and Initial Public Offering Has Been Completed

On April 5-6, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA), the Baku Stock Exchange, and Ernst & Young (EY) held a seminar on the issue of securities, listing on the Stock Exchange, and initial public offering for small and medium businesses (SMBs).

 

During the two-day training, employees of the Central Bank and the Baku Stock Exchange have provided detailed information on the capital market, the issue of securities, the listing procedures, and the Listing Advisory Program. The EY employees have made reports on topics: “‘Initial Public Offering," “General Accounting Issues of SMBs and Ways Proposed to Solve Them,” and “Financial Management Development Program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.”
