ASAN Innovative Development Center held "Effective communication skills", "Stress situation management", "Conflict situation management", "Customer satisfaction management" trainings for the employees of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA).
A number of skills and habits such as active listening, explanation and persuasion skills, methods of effective use of voice, the key to customer-oriented service, stress management, methods of daily stress and exhaustion protection, ways out of challenges, the basics of verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as asking questions, useful feedback, body language and emotion management, conflict characteristics and management, steps in decision-making and conflict prevention techniques have been taught to the participants.
Also, each training included discussion, practical exercises and role games.
