Entrepreneurs recently attended a series of training sessions focused on export preparation, market selection, demand and competitor analysis, and logistics, under the themes of “Exporting Basics: Where to Start?” and "Logistics and Supply Chain Management”.
These training sessions, designed for entrepreneurs engaged in or preparing for export activities, will be held throughout April, May, and June. The training, organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), aims to provide entrepreneurs with insights into accessing international markets while supporting them in managing export processes effectively.
The first online training, held in April, covered essential topics such as “Exporting Basics: Where to Start?” and “Logistics and Supply Chain Management”. Samir Musayev, an expert in international trade and an employee of the Canadian Export Development Agency, led the session. He provided valuable information on how companies can prepare for export, select target markets, analyze demand and competition, navigate key stages in the export process, and choose reliable logistics partners. Additionally, he shared strategies for optimizing transportation costs, managing delivery times, and mitigating risks, addressing entrepreneurs' questions throughout the session.
A total of approximately 20 entrepreneurs participated in the first training session.
