The meeting was held between Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Nuri Guliyev, head of the Russian Export Center’s representative office in Azerbaijan.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the empowerment of support of bringing of the small and medium enterprises to the foreign market within the framework of bilateral business partnership.

Chairman of the Management Board of the Agency Orkhan Mammadov noted the importance of the trade finance of SMBs during a pandemic, informing of the completed work on development of small and medium-sized businesses in the country.

Nuri Guliyev informed about the financial support of financial institutions of the group of Russian Export Center to foreign companies and stressed that the SMBs of Azerbaijan can also take advantage of this support.

Upon the totals of the meeting, the parties agreed to consider the application of the support mechanisms of SMBs within existing capabilities.
