The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and the State Agency for Vocational Education under the Ministry of Science and Education have been distributing assets to the participants of the “Youth Business Workshop” project. Graduates of Gabala State Vocational Training Center and Aghdam Vocational School No. 2, who completed all stages within the project, were provided with appropriate equipment by the State Employment Agency for their chosen field of activity. The transfer of assets will continue in the first months of the following calendar year.
The “Youth Business Workshop” project aims to develop the business skills of young people receiving vocational education and encourage them to engage in entrepreneurship, ensure self-employment, support new business initiatives, and enhance interest in vocational education. It covers fields and professions such as tailoring, crop and animal husbandry, carpet-making, agro-technical services, carpenter, locksmith, cook, confectioner, tourism, and welding.
