3 more SMBs Receive "Startup" Certification 09.08.24

To date, 164 SMBs have been awarded "Startup" certifications.

The Expert Council on Startup Certification at the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) held its latest meeting. During the meeting, 6 applications from SMBs were reviewed, and 3 of them were granted "Startup" certification.The certified companies include: "Cibpay" LLC, with its multifunctional online payment platform "Optima Business Solutions" LLC, with its online platform for electronic document management and signing "İxtisasSeç" LLC, with its platform facilitating the admission process for educational institutions.

With these additions, the number of SMBs holding "Startup" certification has reached 164.

The "Startup" certification exempts SMBs from profit or income tax on revenues derived from innovation activities for a period of 3 years from the date of receiving the certificate.
