An event on "Increasing the economic power of women in the regions: prospects and opportunities" was held in Goychay on May 20 as part of the project. The event was attended by about 100 women entrepreneurs operating in agriculture, services and trade. The purpose of the event is to get acquainted with the activities of women engaged in entrepreneurship in various fields in Goychay, Agdash, Ujar, Zardab, Yevlakh, Barda, Ganja and Mingachevir districts, to inform them about state support measures for entrepreneurs and exchange views.

The event featured discussions on supporting the expansion and networking of business contacts of women entrepreneurs, as well as an exhibition of women's handicrafts was organized.
