The work of entrepreneurs engaged in agriculture and agribusiness in Khudat city and surrounding areas will become further easier.
Measures are being continued in the direction of expanding entrepreneurs’ access to public services, increasing the accessibility of services in the regions, and further simplifying the application process of farmers operating in the agricultural sector. For this purpose, the scope of services provided to entrepreneurs in SME Houses is also being expanded.
A service desk of the Ministry of Agriculture has started operation at the Khudat Service Center of the “Khachmaz SME House” (at the “Foodcity Agropark”). The purpose is to provide prompt, transparent and accessible services to entrepreneurs operating in the agricultural sector, to accelerate the application process for subsidy mechanisms, and to expand the information provision of farmers in this field. The service desk will provide the acceptance of applications for agricultural subsidies, initial information provision in relevant directions, and other support services.
This will further facilitate the work of entrepreneurs engaged in agriculture and agribusiness living in Khudat city and surrounding areas. Thus, citizens and farmers will be able to submit their applications related to subsidy services directly in Khudat city without going to district centers. This will not only minimize time loss of farmers and entrepreneurs operating in the regions, but also enable a more convenient and flexible organization of access to public services.
It should be noted that in January–April 2026, the Khudat Service Center of the “Khachmaz SME House” provided nearly 18,000 services to entrepreneurs.
Currently, SME Houses operate in the cities of Baku, Ganja, Khachmaz, Yevlakh and Shusha. In total, SME Houses provide entrepreneurs with more than 300 G2B services by 35 state institutions and 160 B2B services by 13 private organizations.
