About 285,000 services provided to entrepreneurs at SMB houses in 9 months of 2023 06.11.23

In the last nine months of the current year, entrepreneurs applied to SMB houses for more certificates of origin, banking, transport, tax, customs and other services.

In January-September 2023, nearly 285,000 services were provided to entrepreneurs in SMB houses. Over 224 thousand of these services were provided by Baku SMB House, over 44 thousand by Yevlakh SMB House, and some 17 thousand by Khachmaz SMB House.

Over 271,000 services were provided by state bodies ("G2B"), while some 14,000 were offered by business organizations ("B2B").

Entrepreneurs have applied to SMB houses to obtain certificates of origin, banking, transport, tax, customs, utilities, postal services, etc.

The satisfaction level of entrepreneurs with the services provided in SMB houses stands at 98%.

It is worth highlighting that business services are provided to entrepreneurs in the SMB houses in a single space on the basis of agile, transparent and citizen satisfaction. Currently, business entities are provided with business registration, obtaining licenses and permits, development of a business plan, access to concessional financial resources, tax, customs, food safety, access to public utilities, banking, insurance, notary and other required services for business activities in SMB houses. In total, over 300 "G2B" and about 100 "B2B" services are provided to entrepreneurs in Baku, Khachmaz and Yevlakh SMB houses by state and private institutions.
