The Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBIA) is announcing a recruitment process for the positions of Energy Manager and Senior IT Specialist at the Khachmaz SME House. The job responsibilities for the respective vacancies are outlined below:

Responsibilities of the Energy Manager:

Monitor the maintenance of energy-consuming systems and equipment, assess energy efficiency, and prepare relevant recommendations;
Track and report energy consumption across the Agency’s administrative facilities;
Ensure functionality of metering devices used for monitoring energy consumption, and take action for their repair or replacement;
Implement and coordinate necessary modifications to energy-consuming systems, installations, and equipment;
Initiate behavioral change strategies aimed at reducing energy usage and ensuring energy savings;
Propose methods for utilizing waste generated from energy consumption;
Organize training activities for Agency personnel on energy efficiency and the rational use of energy resources;
Explore and develop opportunities for integrating renewable energy sources;
Provide technical and practical advice to the Agency's management.
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education in energy engineering or a related technical field;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience;
Familiarity with the Agency’s structure, charter, and key areas of activity.

Conditions:

Full-time employment, Monday through Friday work schedule.
Responsibilities of the Senior IT Specialist:
Ensure the installation, loading, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other network equipment;
Identify and resolve issues within computer networks and ensure continuous network monitoring;
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of incoming IT service requests;
Forward user feedback and suggestions to relevant team members;
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned in accordance with role responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements:

Higher education in a field related to Management, Humanities, Social Sciences, or Technical disciplines;
Proficiency in working with PCs, laptops, peripheral devices, and network equipment;
Ability to diagnose and resolve key technical issues;
Familiarity with the Windows operating system;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management;
Experience with routers, switches, network security equipment, IP telephony systems, email server infrastructure, and antivirus software.
