It should be noted that an SMB cluster is a collective structure comprising an SMB cluster company and participating entrepreneurs operating in the same or similar economic sectors, located within a defined geographic area, sharing workforce, a common market, and services, and engaging in mutual economic relations. These entities collaborate, complement one another, and function as a unified system. Information regarding state support for the establishment of SMB clusters, including incentives and required documentation for obtaining the SMB Cluster Company Certificate, can be found on the SMBDA website (https://smb.gov.az/az/nav/kob-klaster) or by calling the 131 Call Center.
