Attention to SMEs Engaged in Manufacturing!

Entrepreneurs involved in manufacturing are invited to participate in training sessions held at the SME Model Enterprise.

The trainings will cover topics such as lean production, efficient use of resources and raw materials, proper storage of finished products, optimization of production processes and time management, as well as equitable allocation of the workforce within the production cycle.

In addition to entrepreneurs and their employees engaged in manufacturing, students specializing in relevant fields and instructors teaching these subjects are also welcome to attend.
