The entrepreneurs made proposals, and noted the coronavirus infection affected various sectors of the economy, including the public catering sector and also discussed the ways to minimize its impact.

It was highlighted that the government of Azerbaijan has always been along with entrepreneurs and will support them in these difficult times. Entrepreneurs were informed about the measures undertaken by the Government of Azerbaijan to minimize the impact of coronavirus infection on the business environment and economic activity. It was noted that the Working Group established to assess the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the Azerbaijani economy, is currently preparing mechanisms to support entrepreneurs and employers, and relevant proposals to ensure sustainable economic growth.

The measures are being taken to eliminate the negative economic impacts on the public-private sector partnership. Sharing the social responsibility of the private sector is a must, and measures are being identified to support entrepreneurs in this area.
