Stakeholders may review the draft technical regulations on the official website of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control (competition.gov.az) and submit their opinions and proposals.
A public hearing and discussion on draft technical regulations prepared by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be held at 11:00 on 13 November 2025 at the “Baku SME House,” jointly organized by the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA).
The draft technical regulations to be discussed include: “On Energy Labelling of Refrigerating Appliances”, “On Ecodesign Requirements for Refrigerating Appliances”, “On Ecodesign Requirements for Air Conditioners and Comfort Fans”, “On Energy Labelling of Air Conditioners”, “On Energy Labelling of Light Sources and Separate Control Gears”, “On Ecodesign Requirements for Light Sources and Separate Control Gears”, “On Energy Labelling of Cooking Ovens and Ventilation Systems”, "On Ecodesign Requirements for Cooking Ovens, Hobs and Ventilation Systems”, “On Ecodesign Requirements for Household Washing Machines and Washer-Dryers”, “On Energy Labelling of Household Washing Machines and Washer-Dryers”, “On Ecodesign Requirements for Vacuum Cleaners”

The discussions will be conducted in accordance with legislation to gather feedback and proposals on the draft technical regulations, encourage active stakeholder participation in their development, and communicate the requirements and positive impacts of these regulations to the wider public.
During the public hearing, it is planned to analyze the feedback, comments, and proposals submitted by stakeholders in accordance with legislative requirements and to hold discussions on their possible reflection in the draft regulations.
