Ex views were exchanged with representatives of KOBİA on the development needs and export opportunities of the enterprise. 

 

Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and representatives of the Agency paid a visit to the textile factory of "Alyans Tekstil" LLC located in the city of Sumgayit. As part of the familiarization with the enterprise, ideas were exchanged with the head of the factory about the enterprise's development needs and export opportunities, information was supplied on the SMB support mechanisms and measures of KOBİA.

 

It is worth noting that the factory produces 300-350 pieces of work uniforms per day. The enterprise together with Japanese and German equipment makes use of local and Turkish raw materials. Some 200 workers from the cities of Sumgait and Baku are employed in the factory. As part of the cooperation with the State Employment Agency, the enterprise attracts unemployed people to vocational training and provides jobs to those who successfully complete the course.
