Khachmaz SMB Development Center organized training for the founders of startup projects and micro-entrepreneurs on the topic “Effective business communication skills.”

Training provided SMBs with the information on the topics such as communication in a professional environment, misunderstanding and empathy, feedback techniques, emotional management, and types of behaviour, and answered the questions of their interests.

Note that SMB Development Center operating in Khachmaz SMB House provides services on innovative entrepreneurship, support for start-ups and family business, promotion of entrepreneurship among women, disabled and young people, awareness-raising for SMBs, organization of training events, seminars and internship programs.
