At the exhibition organized as part of the "CIDE-2023" event, startups and companies specializing in ICT exhibit their products and services at the stand set up for KOBİA.
Organized by the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Security Service, the "Critical Infrastructure Defense Challenge" (CIDE-2023) event, has commenced at the Baku Congress Center. As part of the event, which will last until October 27, a presentation and panel discussions on information security, an exhibition of cyber security solutions, as well as trainings and competitions will be held.
The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) is among the partners of the CIDC-2023 event.
At the event held with the involvement of officials, local and foreign companies, experts, Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of KOBİA, gave information on the impacts of innovations on business development, support measures provided by the Agency for SMBs to pave the way for modern solutions. It was reported that KOBİA supports the digitization of SMBs in our country and the training of persons specialised in ICT. KOBİA plans to grant a "Startup" certificate to entrepreneurs operating in innovation, ICT and cyber security. Entrepreneurs operating in this field can also become part of grant competitions held to finance educational, scientific, research and support projects of the Agency.
An exhibition with the stand of KOBİA was also organized within the scope of the event. At the stand set up for KOBİA, products and services of startups and companies specializing in ICT are exhibited. In addition, audio-visual and printed materials regarding the support and services provided by the Agency to startups are presented to the attention of the exhibition participants at the stand of KOBİA.
