At the meeting between KOBİA and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, mutual prospects were shared on the organization of meetings as part of the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan Business Council and discussion of projects promoting the use of goods and services of SMBs in various fields at the next meeting of the Council.


A meeting was held between Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and Davron Vakhabov, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

At the meeting, mutual ideas were shared on organization of joint meetings on specific activity areas as part of the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan Business Council, and discussion of projects mutually promoting the use of goods and services of SMBs in fields as textiles, agriculture, industry and tourism at the next meeting of the Council. At the meeting, issues arising out of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between KOBİA and the Chamber in Tashkent in 2022 and cooperation opportunities were further discussed.
