Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey visited a souvenir factory in Jojuq Marjanli

The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey Vahid Kirishchi and the Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan Inam Karimov, who are on a visit to Azerbaijan, visited a souvenir production enterprise located in the village of Jojug Marjanli, Jabrayil region.


Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) Orkhan Mammadov and Chairman of the Turkish-Azerbaijani Businessmen and Industrialists Public Union (TUIB) Huseyin Buyukfirat informed about the enterprise. It was noted that the souvenir enterprise was established with the joint support of the Jojuq Marjanli Development Foundation, TUIB, KOBİA, Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA). The Souvenir Production Enterprise, located in an area of 750 , has a production area of 418 . It will produce gift pottery, small carpets, handicrafts and other products based on national ornaments. The enterprise is expected to employ 25 residents of Jojug Marjanli village. The presentation of the enterprise was held with the participation of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey as part of the opening ceremony of Fizuli International Airport. The implementation of joint projects by Azerbaijan and Turkey in the village of Jojuq Marjanli, being another example of Azerbaijani-Turkish brotherhood and cooperation, will be important in the socio-economic development of the village, employment and social welfare.
