Last week, the Expert Council established within the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) to issue “Startup” certificates, convened its next meeting. At the meeting, 15 applications by SMB entities were evaluated, resulting in the decision to award “Startup” certificates to 8 of them. Therefore, the total number of SMB entities awarded with "Startup" certificates reached 182. The "Startup" certificate exempts SMB entities from profit and income taxes on revenues generated from innovation activities for a period of three years, starting from the date the certificate is issued.
