Entrepreneurs and managers from Azerbaijan who have completed professional development course in Germany shared their impressions and experiences at the "FollowUp" seminar.
As part of the "Joint Germany-Azerbaijani Program on Professional Development Managers in the Business Community of Azerbaijan" in 2020 and 2022, a "FollowUp" seminar on the assessment of effectiveness was held at the "Baku SMB House" for graduates who completed professional development courses in educational centers in the cities of Munich and Hamburg.
At the event, attended by the representatives of the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK), the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the "DIBeratung GmbH" Training Center, the program graduates shared their impressions and experiences. The seminar also featured success stories of program participants and certificates of completion were awarded to graduates.
As part of the event, German experts and program alumni familiarized themselves with the production process at "Baku Sewing House".
It is worth highlighting that the "Joint Germany-Azerbaijani Program on Professional Development Managers in the Business Community of Azerbaijan" has been implemented in our country since 2009. The program coordinator for Azerbaijan is selected to be KOBİA, while for Germany, it is GIZ. So far, 539 Azerbaijani managers and entrepreneurs have become beneficiaries of the program. They have actively contributed to the work process by applying what they have learned during the professional development course and best practices in their businesses and the companies they work for. At the moment, a group of Azerbaijani entrepreneurs and managers is taking a professional development course in Hamburg, Germany as part of the program.
