SMB Friend of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) started operating at the "Red Bridge" customs-border checkpoint of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Gazakh district.

Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of KOBİA, Javad Gasimov, Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee, and Rajab Babashov, Head of Gazakh District Executive Power, got acquainted with the service window of the SMB Friend operating at the "Red Bridge" customs-border checkpoint.

It was highlighted that when using customs services, micro, small and medium entrepreneurs will be able to benefit from services such as information, advice, and legal assistance regarding import-export operations, customs clearance and procedures by contacting the SMB Friend operating at the "Red Bridge" customs-border checkpoint. The activities of the SMB Friend at the "Red Bridge" customs-border checkpoint will also ensure that SMB requests on the relevant field are resolved in a timely manner within the scope of state-entrepreneur cooperation with the engagement of KOBİA and the State Customs Committee. It is also worth noting that this is the second service window of SMB Friend in the service area of the State Customs Committee after Baku.

Previously, the service window of the SMB Friend was launched at the Baku Head Customs Department in 2019.
