Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA) invites professional trainers to collaborate on the following topics for businesses and startups:

Topics:

- Elaboration and analysis of financial reports;
- Corporate management;
- Sales, marketing and aftersales services;
- Fundamentals of organizational and individual behavior, management psychology;
- Motivation and remuneration;

For founders of start-up projects:
- Consultancy in pre-establishment and creation processes of innovative projects;
- Elaboration of business models and business plan;
- Access to initial finance

Requirements for trainers:
- Higher education;
- Relevant knowledge and experience
- Experience in delivering training
- Excellent communication skills
