The 9th "KOB Fest" exhibition -sales fair is underway in Göyçay 03.12.24

Over 380 SMBs and creative individuals have showcased and sold their products and services within the part of the fairs organized in 2024.

The "KOB Fest" exhibition- sales fairs, organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), are ongoing across the regions with the goal of enhancing the visibility and sales opportunities for the products and services of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses operating locally. The next "KOB Fest" is underway in the Goychay district. The products and services from nearly 70 SMBs from Goychay, as well as surrounding cities and districts are showcased in the exhibition to last for three days and organized in the area of Sabir Garden. The products showcased at the fair include agricultural and industrial products, such as flour confectionery goods, textiles, soft drinks, souvenirs, fruits, beekeeping products, as well as handmade crafts by artisans and creative individuals.

In the opening ceremony of the fair, Natiq Aghayev, the head of the Executive Authority of Goychay District, and Orhan Mammadov, the chairman of the Management Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), shared insights into the opportunities for entrepreneurial activities in the region, as well as the government support measures aimed at establishing and fostering business. It was noted that despite the variety and content of sales channels have changed in the modern era, exhibitions and fairs continue to maintain their relevance as effective sales platforms. Fairs provide entrepreneurs with the opportunity to directly communicate with customers and promote their brand, thereby expanding sales opportunities and business connections. The experience gained by entrepreneurs at such fairs contributes to the improvement of their business activities.

Within the part of the "KOB Fest" exhibition-sales fair, a cultural and entertainment program, along with masterclasses conducted by creative individuals and artists, are also organized. The fair will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day until December 5.

The "KOB-Fest" exhibition-sales fair held in Goychay district is the 9th event organized this year. Prior to the aforementioned fair, "KOB-Fest" exhibition-sales fairs were held in Baku, Goygol, Sheki, Ganja, Masalli, Nakhchivan, Zagatala, and Khachmaz. In these fairs, products and services from over 380 SMBs and creative individuals were showcased and sold.
