The Ministry of Emergency Situations in "Baku SMB House" 18.01.23

In "Baku SMB House", relevant services are provided to entrepreneurs by the institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In accordance with the "List of services provided to micro, small and medium business entities in small and medium business houses" approved by the Decree No. 148 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated June 26, 2018, by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the "Baku SMB House" 6 services were organized. Three of them are provided by the State Agency for the Regulation of Nuclear and Radiological Activities of the MES, and the other three are rendered by the State Agency for Safe Conduct of Work in Industry and Mining Control.

Entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply to "Baku SMB House" for the services of obtaining permission to engaging in scientific-research and experimental-constructive works on the use of ionizing radiation sources, projecting, preparing, constructing, exploiting and removing from exploitation of units considered as ionizing radiation sources, storage points for radioactive substances, and radioactive waste warehouses through the State Agency for the Regulation of Nuclear and Radiological Activities of the Ministry. At the same time, it will be possible to use the services of permitting the project and preparation of units considered as sources of ionizing radiation, radioactive material storage facilities and technological units for radioactive waste warehouses, radiation safety equipment.

In addition, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the list of items that may belong to certain participants of the civil circulation and allowed to circulate on the basis of a special permit (civil circulation restricted )" entrepreneurs can benefit from services of issuance of a certificate of obtaining permit for circulation and registration in the state register of items (explosive substances and devices; flammable substances and pyrotechnic articles) that may belong to certain actors of the civil circulation and admitted on the basis of a permit for circulation (civil circulation restricted) through the State Agency for Safe Working in Industry and Mountain-Mine Control of the Ministry of MES at the "Baku SMB House".

It is planned to gradually implement the services of MES in other SMB houses operating in the regions. In the next stage, it is intended to increase the number of provided services.

It should be noted that the implementation of the mentioned services through "Baku SMB House" will ensure the increase of transparency in the documentation work, the simplification of the process and the raise the satisfaction of entrepreneurs.
