Representatives of government agencies, organizations, and businesses involved in the culinary, public catering, and food industries attended the event.


Orkhan Mammadov, the Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency, mentioned the food and agricultural industries as two of the industries where micro, small, and medium-sized businesses operate more frequently in his statement to the Congress.

It was stated that the expansion of the culinary industry fosters the establishment of new commercial entities in the tourism and public catering sectors, which in turn promotes the quick growth of these industries. Within the scope of various services and methods, the Agency assists SMEs functioning in these fields. At numerous national and international fairs and festivals, KOBİA arranges special stands for SMEs, giving them the chance to display their goods free of charge. Additionally, the restaurant and cafe industries can make use of internal market research assistance mechanisms. The chairman of KOBİA underlined the significance of such events in the growth of new collaboration between local companies active in the relevant field, particularly micro and small business entities, as well as public catering employees.
