Baku SME Development Center (KOBİM) of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency's (KOBİA) continues to host training sessions for subjects of SME.

Another training session for business owners on the subject of "Principles of personnel management" was held by Baku SME on September 5.

The Baku SME specialist offered thorough information on employee motivation, task assignment, business management structure, creation of organizational plan, time management, business communication, and ethical behavior guidelines during the course that nine SMEs attended.

Discussions with the participants took place at the same time, and their questions were addressed.
