This year over 9,500 SMBs, start-ups and people seeking to start a business benefited from KOBİA`s training and consulting services 23.10.23

In the last period of 2023, 648 trainings were held by KOBİA, approximately 1300 consulting services were provided, and over 400 business plans were developed.

From January to September of 2023, 648 trainings were held by the SMB development centers of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) for entrepreneurs, those seeking to start a business, and startups to acquire business knowledge and expand their existing knowledge. Trainings include business start-up, project management, financial management, sales, marketing, digital skills, "green economy" and other areas necessary for SMBs.

During this period, SMB development centers provided consulting services to 1266 entrepreneurs and those seeking to start a business on access to sales channels, marketing, business planning, accounting, and legal issues.

Overall, over 9,500 SMBs, startups and people seeking to start a business benefited from the free training and consulting services provided by KOBİA for 9 months of 2023.

KOBİA provided support for development of 424 business plans in agriculture, production, service and other aspects free of charge.

420 entrepreneurs and those interested in starting a business benefited from the online training videos on the video training platform of the Agency free of charge.

During this period, 20 entrepreneurs and managers took a professional development course in Germany as part of the "Joint Germany-Azerbaijani Program on Professional Development Managers in the Business Community of Azerbaijan", coordinated by KOBİA, with the purpose of acquiring international practise.
