By joining the training of the SMB Model Enterprise entrepreneurs may acquire and practice knowledge required for production.

The entrepreneurs who intend to take advantage of opportunities provided by the SMB Model Enterprise operating at Azerbaijan Technical University may apply directly to the Small and Middle Business Development Agency (KOBİA) (info@smb.gov.az or https://bit.ly/3xpwcX0) as well as social media accounts of the model enterprise.

The business entities wishing to use the services of the SMB Model Enterprise should meet the following requirements:

-The SMB entity should be engaged in the production;

-The SMB entity should have the intention to acquire and implement modern knowledge on production and production management.

Not only entrepreneurs may attend the training held by the Model Enterprise but also students pursuing related occupations and teachers who teach these subjects.

The applications of the SMB entities who seek to leverage the opportunities offered by the SMB Model Enterprise, which are received by the Agency will be added to a relevant database and those entrepreneurs who meet the requirements will be involved in training in a step-by-step manner according to the training program. Each training program consists of several modules, covering subjects such as economic production, efficient use of resources and feedstock, proper storage of finished product, production process and time optimization, even allocation of workforce in the production process, etc. The company representatives who complete the training successfully and acquire relevant knowledge will be supported by the staff and trainers of the Model Enterprise during subsequent stages.

Note that it is possible to observe visually the real business environment at the SMB Model Enterprise created by investigating international practice by KOBİA from initial planning to the establishment of the enterprise. Operating based on the concept of "Seeing, hearing and executing" the Model Enterprise has been properly equipped that allows for visually eyewitness the function of the modern technological equipment and learning the resource, time and cost-saving methods in the production process. All services rendered by the Model Enterprise are free of charge.
