On June 23, the Baku SME Development Center (KOBİM) of the Baku Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) will hold a training on "Fundamentals of Corporate Management".

Asif Ibrahimov, trainer-expert of Baku KOBİM, will speak on the following topics:

- Transfer of powers in management;

- Decision-making;

- Cooperation of shareholders;

- The effectiveness of the application of corporate management.
