Trainings held within the framework of the "Women's Power in Business" project

Within the scope of the "Women's Power in Business" project, training for women entrepreneurs are being held. In February, trainings on various topics were held for 23 women entrepreneurs operating in the fields of industry, agriculture, trade and services.


These trainings included the topics of "Business psychology", "The importance of systematization and branding in the development of the company", "Business plan development and attracting investors", "Conducting sales negotiations". In the trainings held with the involvement of trainers-experts Zahid Adigozalov, Sakit Samadov, Niyazi Abbasov and Azad Kahramanov, information was provided on relevant topics and questions from women entrepreneurs were addressed.


In the next stage, women entrepreneurs involved in the project are set to meet with representatives of state institutions that provide support and services to entrepreneurs in various aspects.


It is worth noting that the project, which was conducted by the initiative and organization of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) and "Rabitabank" OJSC, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of Azerbaijan, the Association for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan and the support of "Marsol" LLC, aims to support the increase of the role and business activity of women entrepreneurs in the state economy. At the end of the project, support will be rendered for the funding of the best 3 projects presented by the participants (For 1st place 5000 manats, 2nd place 3000 manats and 3rd place 2000 manats).
