Webinar on the rights of Shareholders held 01.10.20

On September 30, a webinar titled "Corporate governance and protection of shareholders' rights" was held for entrepreneurs with the organizational support of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA) and the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The purpose of the online event was to educate entrepreneurs on the legal framework for the protection of shareholders' rights, forms of protection of shareholders` rights and other issues related to it.

At the webinar with the participation of about 20 SMB entities, the representative of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan made a presentation on the topic, gave practical information and answered the entrepreneurs` questions.
