What services did entrepreneurs most frequently request at the “Baku House of SMEs”?

Approximately 89% of the services were rendered by 10 government agencies.

The entrepreneurs sought the following services at the “Baku House of SMBs” for the period of January - June 2024: obtaining permission blanks for additional freight transport, distinction signs, tachograph cards, certificates of origin, as well as permits for scientific-research and experimental and design work related to tax and customs issues, and the use of ionizing radiation sources. There were also numerous requests from entrepreneurs for licenses and permits, food safety certificates, auction documentation for the commissioning premises, and individual accounting within the state social security system.

The relevant services are rendered to entrepreneurs by: Ministry of Digital Development and Transport – 121,122 (76.69%), State Service for Antimonopoly Regulation and Consumer Market Control – 13,196 (8.36%), State Tax Service – 2,793 (1.77%) State Customs Committee – 1,113 (0.70%), Ministry of Emergency Situations – 586 (0.37%), Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA) – 473 (0.30%), Ministry of Economy – 434 (0.27%), State Agency for Mineral Resources – 288 (0.18%), Food Safety Agency – 141 (0.09%), Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population – 70 (0.04%), The services rendered by these 10 government agencies accounted 88.8% (140,216) of the total requests received by the “Baku House of SMBs".

It is noteworthy that about 50 public and private organizations provide entrepreneurs with “G2B” and “B2B” services necessary for business operations. The "Baku SMB House" rendered 157,940 services to entrepreneurs, of which 140,556 were provided by public entities  and 17,384 by private entities only from January to June 2024
