Emil HuseynliDeputy Chairman of the Board

Huseynli Emil Hasan was born on 1975 in Baku.
He graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Transport Construction at Tafakkur University in 2005.

He began his career in 1994 as the Head of the Information Department at the "Xarabat" Small Enterprise, and between 1994-1995, he worked as a representative in the Special Department of the Ministry of Justice. In 1996, he worked at the Azerbaijan Railway Junction Bus Depot, and between 1997-1999, held various positions at the Garadagh District Executive Authority's Housing and Communal Production Union, the 102nd Repair and Construction Department, and the Garadagh Ferrous Metal Rolling Plant. From 2005-2006, he worked as a Senior Specialist at the Garadagh District Executive Authority.

Between 2006-2007, he worked as a consultant in the Entrepreneurship Development Department at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan and held various positions in the Entrepreneurship Development Policy Department.

From 2009-2017, he worked in various positions at the "Icherishahar" State Historical and Architectural Reserve Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He holds the qualification degree of Advisor to the State Service.

From 2018-2019, he was the Head of the Department for the Protection of Small and Medium Business Interests at the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2019-2025, he served as the Advisor to the Chairman of the Board.

On March 6, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board at KOBIA.

He is fluent in English, Russian, Arabic, and Farsi.

He is married with two children.
