More than 20,000 entrepreneurs were provided services at Khachmaz SMB House 19.01.21

In 2020, 20759 services were provided to entrepreneurs in Khachmaz SMB House. 95% of these services were Government-to-Business (G2B) and 5% Business-to-Business (B2B). Of the services provided, 4975 (24%) were related to document acceptance, 14210 (68%) were related to getting ready documents, and 1574 (8%) were of informative character.

70% of G2B services were provided by the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy (13752 services), 20.5% by the State Tax Service (4034 services), 2.2% by Azerigaz Production Union (441 services), 2.1% by Azerpost LLC (404 services), 1.4% by the State Service for Property Issues (268 services).

Entrepreneurs who applied to the SMB House mainly used B2B services provided by Azercell Telecom LLC, Rabita Bank OJSC, Prior Leasing OJSC, Kapital Bank OJSC and the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA).

At present, Customer Satisfaction on the services of the SMB House is 98%. It should be noted that satisfaction of service level provided to entrepreneurs by Khachmaz SMB House is measured by an electronic system.

To remove the intensity of queues during the pandemic period, minimize contact between citizens, as well as prevent loss of time, Online Queue System (SMB queue) for entrepreneurs applying to Khachmaz SMB House was launched in 2020.

It should be noted that Khachmaz SMB House, which is part of SMBDA, started its activity in February 2020. The Ministry of Economy and its agencies (State Tax Service, State Service for Property Issues, State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Market Control, Entrepreneurship Development Fund, AZPROMO), the Ministry of Agriculture, State Customs Committee, Food Safety Agency (FSA), State Advertising Agency, Azerpost LLC, Azerigaz PU, Azersu OJSC, Azerishig OJSC, etc. provide about 150 G2B services, whereas private organizations such as banks, insurance, leasing, brokers provide about 100 B2B services. The main advantage of Khachmaz SMB House is providing services to entrepreneurs in a single space, saving time and costs of entrepreneurs applying for services, transparent and operative organization of services, measurability of the service level. Entrepreneurs in the Guba-Khachmaz economic region can apply to Khachmaz SMB House for services related to entrepreneurial activity without applying to any agency.

Soon, a SMB House will be launched in Yevlakh as well. Relevant work is under way to create a SMB House in Baku.
